Organic SEO Vs Pay Per Click (PPC)

It is also useful to understand the difference between ‘organic website optimisation’ and ‘paid listings’.

Paid search engine listings can be purchased through ‘PPC’ such as Google‘s AdWords service and can achieve results almost instantly. The purpose of organic optimisation is to achieve long-term high ranking listings in the organic section of the search results. Both approaches have their advantages and disadvantages and we often recommend a combination of both for a short period of time, particularly for new websites.
